Mission, Vision, and Purpose
Mission
By God's grace and for His glory, it is our mission to rescue orphans who have no means by
providing their basic spiritual and physical needs rearing them to become self-sustaining,
productive adults.

Vision
Orphans in Nigeria experiencing God's love through personal care, basic Christian education,
development of life and vocational skills and becoming productive adults.

Values
  1. We value the glory of God as the ultimate end of our ministry. 
  2. We value the pleasure and approval of God as guiding and guarding the methods of our ministry.
  3. We value the love of God expressed in deeds of love for the needy. 
  4. We value the gracious mercy of God which models for us our acts of mercy for the needy. 
  5. We value the care of God for orphans as the motivation for our focus on the needs of orphans. 
  6. We value the importance of work in God's economy as shaping our teaching of life and vocational skills. 
  7. We value the stewardship given by God as establishing integrity in all our financial dealings and fund raising activities. 
  8. We value the gifts and graces from God which endows our staff and volunteers with motivation, strength and ability. 
  9. We value the providence of God which has ordained and ordered the focus of our ministry in Nigeria. 
Objectives
  1. To rescue orphan children in Nigeria 
  2. To provide the basic necessities of life to children who have no means including food, clothing, shelter and housing 
  3. To assist children who have been abused 
  4. To provide life skills and vocational training resulting in economic self-sufficiency 
  5. To provide a Christian Education 
  6. To provide opportunities for vocational work 
  7. To evangelize unbelievers 
  8. To build an effective organization that will merit the confidence and support of donors 
Methods
  1. Designing, building and occupying simple and effective housing for children 
  2. Employing staff and volunteers to care for the children 24 hours per day 
  3. Implementing academic education through a Christian school 
  4. Teaching children life skills, industry and integrity in the context of chores, responsibilities and accountability. 
  5. Development of the Nigeria Campus to serve the mission, vision and purpose of GGO. 
  6. Maintain the sustainability of the ministry by regularly reviewing the mission, vision, purposes, policies and procedures. 
  7. To provide economic empowerment of widows
